**Job Title: Assembly Technician**
**Job Description**
Candidates will be using hand tools and different machinery to assemble circuit boards and some sub-assemblies used in multiple fields.
**Responsibilities**
+ Use hand tools including screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.
+ Operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller pieces.
+ Perform quality checks on completed work before proceeding to the next steps.
+ Access step-by-step instructions for each assembly using computers.
+ Log into multiple programs simultaneously to access the correct instructions.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production and computer operation.
+ Ability to use basic computer programs daily.
+ Proficiency in assembly and soldering.
+ Experience with hand tools and general production tasks.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1 year of assembly experience preferred.
+ 1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay.
+ Experience in picking and packaging is beneficial.
+ Customer service experience is advantageous.

**Work Environment**

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin.
