**Job Title: Assembly Technician** **Job Description** **1st shift:** 6am-2pm, Monday to Friday **Pay:** $18/hr We are seeking dedicated Assembly Technicians to join our team, working on the assembly of small parts for elevator doors, walls, and other components. This role involves basic assembly tasks and packing parts for shipment. Candidates will work in a clean manufacturing environment with opportunities for growth and development. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and pack a wide variety of mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, and fabricated elevator components. + Perform all operations necessary to assemble, align, and pack elevator subassemblies and assemblies within allocated times while maintaining quality specifications. + Work from manufacturing information, SAP, COE sheets, engineering drawings, and written and oral instructions. + Package and identify completed assemblies for shipment. + Maintain all required records and documents. **Essential Skills** + Experience with kitting and using hand tools. + Mechanical assembly experience. + Ability to read basic blueprints. + Mechanically inclined. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Picking and packing experience is preferred but not required. + Entry-level candidates are welcome. **Why Work Here?** This is a contract-to-hire position with a reputable company.
