**Job Title: Assembler I** **Job Description** Under general supervision, the Assembler I assembles components, which may include sub-assemblies, manual components, electrical components, and other related parts. This role is crucial in contributing to the completion of a variety of products. The position adheres to safety, quality, and quantity standards and follows directions and blueprints to meet product specifications. **Responsibilities** + Assemble components, including sub-assemblies, manual components, and electrical components. + Adhere to safety, quality, and quantity standards. + Follow directions and blueprints to meet product specifications. + Ensure good housekeeping and ergonomics practices. + Follow training procedures, including cross-training and teamwork. + Identify and communicate safety and quality issues. + Learn new processes, systems, and equipment. + Collaborate with team members and participate in cross-functional teams. + Maintain motivation to grow and progress to the next level in skills. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English. + Ability to carry out verbal instructions and communicate verbally in English. + Attention to detail. + Stamina to perform repetitive tasks. + Ability to lift/carry 10-50 lbs. frequently and occasionally lift/carry 50-75 lbs. + Capability to perform prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling. + Hand grasp ability and coordination of hands and/or eye/hand/foot. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED. + Ability to meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends. + Propensity to speak up and report issues when they arise. + Teamwork skills and ability to work in a diverse setting. + Willingness and ability to cross-train. **Why Work Here?** Join our team to benefit from a collaborative and supportive work environment that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
