**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
As an Assembler, you will be a vital part of the assembly team responsible for building high-end coffee machines. You will work at various stations, each focusing on sub-assemblies that contribute to the final product. This role involves handling mechanical components and rotating between different machines to gain comprehensive assembly knowledge.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work at one of a dozen work stations, each responsible for a sub-assembly of the coffee making machine.
+ Assemble washers, screws, wires, panels, hoses, and other mechanical components.
+ Rotate between stations to learn the entire assembly of each machine.
+ Rotate between two different types of machines being built.
+ Use hand tools such as electric drills and tape measures.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 1 year of experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing.
+ Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
+ Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in assembly, electronics, hoses, sub-assembly, blueprints.
+ Experience with micrometers, calipers, or gauges.
+ Experience with tools and assembling products from start to finish.

**Work Environment**
This is a 1st shift position from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The facility is air-conditioned, allowing employees to work comfortably. You can sit while working, eat and drink at your workstation, and listen to music as long as quotas are met. The company emphasizes efficiency and a balanced work-life environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of TAYLOR, Michigan.
