**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
The position is responsible for performing all assembly operations within the Sub Assembly Work Centers. You will use hand, air, and power tools, along with quality testing equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Match and fit parts in assemblies and subassemblies per blueprint instructions.
+ Perform testing operations.
+ Cross-train in various areas within the Grade 1 classification.
+ Understand and follow documentation procedures, such as In-Process Check Sheets and Test Logs.
+ Maintain good attendance.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with hand, air, and power tools.
+ Ability to read blueprints, engineering specifications, test specifications, and bills of material.
+ Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience with manufacturing processes such as assembly is helpful.
+ Knowledge of mechanical assembly, machine operation, and packaging line operations.
+ Experience in related fields such as production, light industry, cashier, and food industry.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is non-climate controlled with lots of fans. Steel-toed shoes are required in the stockroom, shipping, and quality departments as of 8/14/24, but are not required for general production and assembly areas.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gerald, Missouri.
