Our client, a global leader in energy management is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assembly Worker to join their team in Middletown, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products and components in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment to ensure products meet quality standards. The Warehouse Assembly Worker will work closely with the warehouse and production teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of assembly tasks.

The Day-to-Day:

Assemble products or components according to work orders, blueprints, or assembly instructions.Use hand tools, tools, and assembly machines to complete assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.Inspect materials and finished products for defects, ensuring high quality and adherence to specifications.Perform routine assembly checks to verify the integrity and functionality of assembled products.Retrieve and move components from the warehouse using material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).Organize and store materials in designated areas to ensure easy access for assembly tasks.Package completed assemblies and prepare for shipment or further processing.Assist in maintaining inventory levels by reporting shortages and identifying component needs.Work with warehouse management to ensure timely delivery of materials required for assembly tasks.Perform regular inspections of assembly work to identify and correct any quality issues.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or assembly environment, preferably in manufacturing or production.Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, work orders, and blueprints.Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly equipment.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and move for extended periods.Must be willing to wear steel-toed boots and adhere to all safety standards in the warehouse.Familiarity with basic inventory and tracking systems is a plus.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$17.00 to $18.50 /hrMonday to Friday (Occasional overtime)6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
