Adecco is hiring immediately for Assembler jobs at a local client in Fremont, CA. Pay of $22.00-$25.00/hr. As an Assembler, you will perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions. Assembly Technicians also: + Select proper materials from kit carts to complete standard work + Use various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks + Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance when required + Ensure efficiency and productivity by evaluating and modifying production processes + Periodically check products per company policy + Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practices + Other duties as assigned Requirements: + High School Diploma/GED (the assignment requires proof of HS Diploma/GED before starting) + Prior manufacturing experienced preferred + Basic computer skills + Basic hand tool experience + Comfortable working with high heat torching tool + Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including but not limited to heat safety suit and gloves + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal + Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines. + Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish effective cross-functional working relationships + Thorough understanding of products and equipment used in manufacturing preferred + Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. + Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) What's in this for you?  + Weekly pay at $22.00-$25.00/hr.  + Competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) + Openings on all shifts!
