Performs fabrication, modification, and assembly tasks on mid to high complexity RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies.

Job Requirements:

Must have held a clearance in the past or have a current clearance (must include on resume) Interim Secret clearance required to start the position Previous experience in electronics/microelectronics assembly Ability to work under a microscope for 10 hours Skilled in using hand tools such as torque drivers, tweezers, and similar tools Ability to read and work from detailed process sheets and drawings Proficient computer skills to support the retrieval of drawings and work instructions

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD controlled environment Experience in mechanical assembly processes for small electronic devices Experience working on military products in ISO 9001 / AS9100 controlled environments Experience soldering components to printed wiring boards in accordance with J-STD-001 standards

Job Responsibilities:

Install connectors, substrates, components, and modules in complex microwave assemblies using paste and sheet epoxies Perform disassembly, assembly, modification, rework, and repair operations on pre-production subassemblies and systems utilizing integrated circuit technology Troubleshoot and isolate issues in returned units based on test failure sheets, planning work sequences to meet schedule requirements Utilize measurement equipment (e.g., reticle, drop indicator) to check parameters and ensure conformance to specifications Work second shift hours (3:00 pm to 1:30 am)

Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
