**1st Shift Assembler in York, PA!** **Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM** **Climate Controlled environment** **Pay: $15-$17 per hour based on experience** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Assembler to join our Light Duty Assembling team. The role involves putting together electrical units and sub-assemblies that will be provided to the Control Panel team. This position operates Monday through Friday from 7AM to 3:30PM. **Responsibilities** + Perform wiring and assembly operations on standardized electric units and subassemblies. + Hand crimp electrical terminals and perform basic soldering of wire connections and connectors. + Assemble housings and connectors. + Work with wiring charts and schematics. + Conduct basic visual inspections on materials and prepare units/assemblies for testing. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, and tape measures. + Experience with assembly and production. + Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring charts. + Skill in performing visual inspections and ensuring organizational standards are met. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous electrical experience and knowledge of schematics are advantageous but not required. + Ability to read Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, EAP, and life insurance after 90 days.
