**Position:** Assembler **Location:** Portage **Shift:** 2pm - 10pm **Pay:** $18 **Key Responsibilities** + Assemble various components, including sub-assemblies, manual parts, and electrical components. + Adhere to established safety, quality, and production standards. + Read and interpret procedures, safety instructions, guidelines, and policies in English. + Follow safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, and practice ergonomic safety measures. + Contribute to workplace organization and actively engage in cross-training and teamwork. + Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus on quality and accuracy. + Identify and report any safety or quality concerns. + Stay open to learning new systems, processes, and equipment. + Collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment, support team improvements, and resolve conflicts. **Required Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED. + Ability to meet work schedule, including overtime and weekend shifts as needed. + Proficient in reading and understanding procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English. + Strong focus on maintaining safety and quality standards. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
