Production Supervisor
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Each day, you will use equipment on the shop floor. You will also showcase your expertise by reading and interpreting the instructions for assembly of products. The work model for the role is onsite.This role is contributing to the ELIP business in Hackettstown, NJ.You will be mainly accountable for:Conducting all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including the packing where integrated with production lines.Performing work manually or by using light hand tools.Carrying out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.Operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
Qualifications for the roleou are skilled in assembly you enjoy working with light hand tools and the manufacturing marketAbility to demonstrate your experience in assembly. You have 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40 poundsAbility to perform push and pull functionsHigh School Diploma or GEDYou are at ease communicating in English
