Job Description
We are seeking 2 maintenance engineers/assembly candidates to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling machinery ranging from the size of a table to the size of a house, using hand and power tools to mount motors, valves, shafts, elevators, and more. Additional responsibilities include potentially painting and reading bills of materials to retrieve parts. While print reading training will be provided, prior experience with blueprints is preferred. Candidates will also learn to cut and thread piping and use various machines such as sheer machines, pipe threaders, band saws, and tack welders. Tack welding training will be provided. Candidates must bring their own basic hand and power tools and may need to wear a respirator if painting is required.

Work Environment
The work environment involves assembling thermal processing equipment, such as heat treating furnaces and large generators, in a quiet, assembly-style shop with no robotics. The company manufactures these for industries like Honda, Caterpillar, and John Deere. The workplace is drug-free, clean, and job shop atmosphere. Work hours are 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime (40-50 hours a week).
