Job Description
This position involves the installation of grab rails, seats, panels, doors, speed loads, and sanding of floors. Additionally, the role includes the installation of IV hangers, drawer catches, and assisting other departmental employees while adhering to the production schedule to maintain a high-quality product. The position also includes responsibilities related to cutting laminate according to work orders and blueprints for cabinets, correctly measuring and sawing, and preparing boards for builders to assemble cabinets.

As an employee-owned ESOP company, employees receive bonuses and shares based on company performance. There is a 5% pay raise each March, and semi-annual bonuses in January and July based on company performance (averaging around 3-5%). The company builds luxury ambulances and is backlogged until 2027, ensuring job stability. The company culture is very family-oriented with regular outings and events. Work Environment
The work environment includes 1st shift positions from 6am to 3:30pm Monday through Thursday and 6am to 10am on Friday, and 3rd shift positions from 8pm to 6am Monday through Thursday. The plant has a total of 185 employees, with around 5 currently on the 3rd shift as it is newly established. The dress code requires steel-toed boots, jeans, and a t-shirt, with other safety equipment provided. The plant is clean and organized, with a layout that allows employees to see the entire ambulance manufacturing process from start to finish.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sumner, Iowa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00
