Job Title: Assembler

Job DescriptionWe are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Assemblers. This is a full-time position with mandatory overtime, Monday to Friday. Third shift working 9:00pm-5:00am. Must be open to overtime as needed. Employees will work in teams to assemble, inspect, and package sunglasses.ResponsibilitiesScrew, glue, and fasten individual pieces of sunglasses together.Prepare sunglasses for the lens installer and Quality Auditor.Install lenses into frames and glue icons onto frames.Use small tools to insert small screws or pins to hold frames together.Mix paint for pad printing and fix pad print malfunctions.Sand and buff the gate/burr off the center frame.Send completed products to the Quality Auditor for final inspection.Set up workstations at the start of each shift.Adapt to changing job duties and departments within assembly.Stand and walk throughout the shift, comfortable shoes/insoles recommended.Work with both small hand tools and power tools.Rotate job duties on each shift to limit repetitive movements.Essential SkillsAbility to stand 8-10+ hours a day.Good attendance record.Willingness to rotate job duties.Attention to detail in assembling and inspecting products.Additional Skills & QualificationsNo experience required, but helpful.Must pass DT & BK first - No Waiver.Why Work Here?We offer a range of benefits including an employee discount after 90 days (70% off frames and 60% off apparel), access to a free employee gym, an on-site doctor's office, and a cafeteria. Work EnvironmentThis is a manufacturing environment with a fast-paced and highly repetitive short-cycle assembly process. Employees must wear protective eyewear throughout the shift and close-toed shoes. Eyewear is provided. Regularly scheduled stretches are conducted before and after lunch, and a one-hour safety training is required before starting the position. The dress code is casual.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Foothill Ranch, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.97 - $19.97
