Job Title: Assembler

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Pay Rate: $18-20/HR

Shift: 8 am - 4:30 pm

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. This position focuses on producing stainless steel hose assemblies and involves handling fibrous materials. The ideal candidate will prepare and reset the assembly line, follow detailed work instructions, operate various equipment, handle raw materials carefully, visually inspect parts, and keep records of approved and defective units.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and reset assembly line to start production cycleFollow work instructions with attention to detailOperate various pieces of equipment throughout the manufacturing processHandle different raw materials carefullyVisually inspect parts to ensure they meet requirementsKeep records of approved and defective unitsMeasure and cut materials from a large reel of wireStand for most of the day in a repetitive processPressure test hoses by attaching them to a test fixture and monitoring measurements when pressure is applied

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with a variety of hand tools (conduit cutters, wire strippers, saws, arbor press, drills, etc.)Prior mechanical assembly experience requiredAbility to follow work instructions and document processes/stepsExperience with an iPad is helpfulExperience with manufacturing and following repetitive processesSoldering experience is helpful but not required
