**Job Title: Production Associate - Sensor Assembly** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Associates to join our team in the assembly of sensors from pre-fabricated materials. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in electronics or small parts assembly, and will be responsible for following written work instructions to build individual components. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with precision. **Responsibilities** + Read and follow work instructions on an iPad + Perform mechanical assembly of product shells + Conduct box builds and wire bonding + Handle packaging of finished products **Essential Skills** + Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly + Proficiency in wiring, soldering, and using hand tools + Ability to read and interpret schematics + Skilled in electronic assembly and inspection **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in small parts assembly + Verified good attendance and reliability + Ability to read, write, and speak English to follow work instructions + Willingness to work overtime (total 50-55 hours per week when needed) **Why Work Here?** As an industry leader with record-breaking growth of 20% year over year, we offer ample opportunities for career advancement. It is calm, quiet, and very clean, with plenty of space for everyone.
