**Job Title: High Volume Operator/Assembler** **Job Description** The high-volume operator will ensure that all assemblies are produced, inspected, and packaged for shipment in accordance with the documented requirements on the high-volume production lines. **Responsibilities** + Produce, inspect, and package assemblies for shipment. + Ensure adherence to documented requirements. + Work efficiently on high-volume production lines. **Essential Skills** + Experience in a production-based role (minimum 6 months). + Experience working with tools and performing mechanical assembly. + Dexterity in hands and ability to work with small components. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Assembly + Hand tool usage + Production + Mechanical assembly + Soldering + Assembly line experience + Medical assembly + Tape measure usage + Power tool usage + Medical device assembly **Why Work Here?** Opportunity to train into other roles based on performance, attendance, and attitude. **Work Environment** Clean, climate-controlled environment. Cleanroom conditions. Shift is 1st (5am - 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday). Must be open to overtime on Fridays, typically half days and voluntary, but can be mandatory based on production goals. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, Florida. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $21.50 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
