You'll be responsible for performing multiple complex assembly operations of products and sub-assemblies according to Bill of Material (BOM), Bill of Operations (BOO), assembly drawings, and other work instructions. Your role will ensure accurate assembly and quality control of fabricated products. **Responsibilities:** + Ensure accurate and efficient assembly of fabricated products per work order. + Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job safety requirements. + Perform final visual and functional inspection of products as required. + Identify and isolate any non-conforming products. + Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis and testing. + Review technical drawings and recommend work process improvements. + Participate in Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives. + Assist with ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of work area, equipment, and the entire plant. + Train others on work processes. + Involve in cycle/physical counts as required. + Cross-train in multiple department functions as needed. + Perform other duties according to business needs. **Essential Skills:** + Experience with hand and power tools. + Experience in electrical soldering and wiring. + Experience in production, blueprint reading, electronic assembly, and mechanical assembly. + Ability to read and write English and follow verbal and written instructions. + Ability to work effectively alone and within a team environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + High School diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED). + 2 to 3 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. + Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. + Prior experience with electrical assemblies and building mechanical assemblies. + Electromechanical certification is a plus. + Prior experience troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical devices. **Work Environment:** + Comfortable Workspace: Work schedule is Monday through Thursday, with a 4-day, 10-hour shift from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, including a half-hour lunch. + Physical Activity: The role involves standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling regularly.
