**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking an Assembler with 1-2 years of manufacturing and assembly experience. The ideal candidate will perform light mechanical assembly tasks, including working with wire harnesses and D9 connectors, tack down of wires, and working on panel boxes using basic hand tools. Employees have the opportunity to move to other departments and receive cross-training in running CNC machines, water jet, and welding. **Work Environment** The work environment is a shop setting that is relatively clean but not climate controlled. Assemblers work at stations or cubicles alongside 10-15 other team members. The dress code is relaxed, with jeans and t-shirts being acceptable. While the environment is not highly deadline-intensive, employees are expected to have a sense of urgency to complete tasks efficiently. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
