**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our team in a clean, organized, and climate-controlled environment. You will be responsible for the hand assembly of small piece parts on an automated assembly line, using fixtures and automated equipment. This position involves rotating stations to keep the work engaging and varied. Candidates may also operate machines and pack products, providing a dynamic and multifaceted work experience. **Responsibilities** + Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) instructions to perform various job tasks. + Hand assemble small piece parts on an automated assembly line. + Use fixtures and automated equipment for assembly tasks. + Rotate through different workstations to maintain engagement and efficiency. + Operate machines and pack products as needed. **Essential Skills** + Good hand/eye coordination for working with extremely small parts. + Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. + Proficiency with hand tools, blueprints, and power tools. + Experience in mechanical assembly, machine operation, picking, packing, and production line work. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in general labor or assembly is preferred but not required. + Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different departments. + Consistency in attendance and performance. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a 4-day work week with three-day weekends, a clean and climate-controlled workspace, and opportunities for growth within the company.
