**Description:** Aerotek is looking for Assemblers/Manufacturing Associates in the New Haven/North Haven area. These people will be responsible for safe manufacturing of metal E Rings in a production setting. This is an entry level position, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career within aerospace manufacturing. Duties: + Manufacture metal E-Rings according to ISO documentation and procedures + Perform metal plating + Safely operate Planish Press, Belt Sander, Roll Form Machines, Polish Equipment, and Hydraulic Presses to manufacture completed parts + Read and interpret work instructions + Communicate with others on work order status and completion of work + Perform assembly and inspection **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + High school diploma + Basic math skills + Able to lift 25 pounds + Ability to work in team environment + Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment + Previous manufacturing experience is a plus **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
