Job Description:
Location: Ellenwood, Georgia
CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring Assemblers in Ellenwood, GA!
Responsibilities:
– Perform repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce products
– Work efficiently and safely, while maintaining target range on the following KPI’s: discrepancies, accidents, ballistic repairs, ballistic re-cuts, garment repairs, garment re-cuts, ballistic yield, desired ship dates, and inventory cycle counts
– Place parts in specified relationship to each other
– Clip or otherwise fasten parts together
– Work at different work stations as production needs require
– Assemble products for stock as needed
– Assist in Quality Control in production
– Work on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line
– Verify sales order to assembled parts and/or finished product
– Adhere product logos and serial numbers on products properly
Desired Background/Skills:
– High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
– General knowledge in the use of hand tools and shop operations
– Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
Other Information:
Shift Details:
– Monday through Thursday, 5:00am – 3:30pm
– Will work Fridays as needed
