What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED (preferred) 1+ years of experience in product assembly Basic math and reading skills Solid verbal and written communication skills Ability to stand, walk, move, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail, time management, and verbal and written communication skills

What You’ll Do as an Assembler

Ensure products are assembled according to rigid tolerance requirements Check the Customer Specification Sheet (CCS) to determine the required assembly, exterior finish requested, and other unique options Examine connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and sub-assemblies per customer order specifications Resolve assembly and packing issues Maintain a clean and safe working environment Determine operation sequences and methods when none are available Report all issues with products or machinery to supervisors Perform spot checks to ensure quality Run automated machinery to assemble conduit whips Meet daily production quotas Identify problems with machines and processes, reporting to maintenance for repair Insert fittings into the conduit, preloading the machine each production cycle Perform other tasks as assigned
