Job Description
The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling stainless, plastic, copper, and other piping to large water tanks for filtration purposes. This role involves working with hand and power tools on a daily basis and reading instructions from computer blueprints. The assembly tasks are divided into two areas: Commercial/Residential and RO/Industrial. The Commercial/Residential units are typically installed in houses, hotels, apartments, etc., while the RO/Industrial units are larger builds.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble stainless, plastic, and copper piping to large water tanks.Utilize hand and power tools regularly.Read and interpret computer blueprints.Work on both Commercial/Residential and RO/Industrial assembly tasks.Essential Skills1+ year of assembly experience.1+ years of experience with blueprints and work orders.1+ years of experience working with hand and power tools.Ability to lift up to 80 lbs when needed.Ability to navigate basic computer programs.Proficiency in reading a standard measurement ruler.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with large-scale builds and industrial assembly processes is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a large manufacturing facility that has recently expanded due to growth. There is no climate control in the facility, so it may become hot and humid in the summer but will remain warm in the winter. The work hours are Monday through Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a 10-minute break at 9:30 am and a paid 20-minute lunch at noon. The dress code includes jeans, steel-toe boots, and a t-shirt.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00
