Are you detail-oriented and skilled with your hands? We're looking for dedicated individuals to produce high-quality stainless steel hose assemblies. This role involves handling fibrous materials in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:Prepare and reset assembly line to kickstart the production cycle.Follow detailed work instructions to ensure precision and quality.Operate various equipment throughout the manufacturing process.Handle raw materials with care and attention.Inspect parts visually to meet stringent quality standards.Record approved and defective units meticulously.Measure and cut materials from large reels of wire.Stand for most of the day in a repetitive yet rewarding process.Pressure test hoses by attaching them to a test fixture and monitoring measurements.Essential Skills:Proficient in assembly tasks.Experienced with hand tools and small parts.Skilled in using power tools and blueprint reading.Competent with a tape measure and mechanical assembly.Familiar with electronic assembly and microscope usage.Qualifications:Experience with a variety of hand tools (e.g., conduit cutters, wire strippers, saws, arbor press, drills).Prior mechanical assembly experience.Ability to follow work instructions and document processes.Experience with an iPad is a plus.Familiarity with manufacturing and repetitive processes.Soldering experience is helpful but not required.Why Work Here?Temp-to-perm opportunity with benefits after 90 days.Exciting relocation to Palm Beach, offering growth opportunities.Air-conditioned work environment to keep you comfortable.Supportive team and a chance to be part of a growing company.Work EnvironmentAir-conditioned and comfortable.Bench setup on a production line.Repetitive process but with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
