The ideal candidate will have the ability to assemble parts, load and offload paint line parts, and perform various tasks using small power tools such as drills, electric screwdrivers, and staple guns. The role also requires the ability to assist with cleaning, mopping, organizing, and moving small parts on wheeled carts. **Responsibilities** + Assemble parts and load/offload paint line parts. + Utilize small power tools including drills, electric screwdrivers, and staple guns. + Help with cleaning, mopping, and organizing the workspace. + Move small parts on wheeled carts. + Perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) with whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. + Lift up to 50 lbs. + Work in different areas of the shop. **Essential Skills** + Experience with small power tools. + Basic arithmetic skills. + Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. + Ability to write simple correspondence. + Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group situations. + Experience in a manufacturing environment. + Good job tenure and reliable work history. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive family-owned atmosphere with a focus on employee growth and development.
