**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled assembler to join our team. This role involves mechanical and electrical assembly work on lift units, including stringing beams, wiring and assembling motors, and inspecting control panels. The ideal candidate should be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and operate a forklift.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical and electrical assembly on lift units.
+ String beams and ensure all wiring cables are the proper length in the main beams.
+ Install shafts, bearings, and sprockets in the motors and bolt them to the base.
+ Maintain inventory of stock parts, hardware, hose kits, filler panels, 6” panels, and cylinders; notify supervisor and purchasing when stock is low.
+ Assemble 500# lifts, cylinders, and carriages.
+ Inspect and test pumps, set up pressure switches, and set relief valves.
+ Operate a forklift.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of assembly experience.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
+ Experience with wiring and forklift operation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in shipping is a plus.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a large steel fabrication setting.
The position operates on the 1st shift, Monday through Thursday from 5am to 3pm. The normal work week ranges between 40-45 hours.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $52000.00
