**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler who is comfortable being on their feet for the entirety of the day. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with others and demonstrate a willingness to be cross-trained in various areas. This role involves a 12-step process, and contractors will be cross-trained in multiple areas. **Responsibilities** + Receiving - documenting what is received + Factory Reset - manually pressing a button + Automatic Test (Plug In) - plugging in up to 32 units to determine what needs to be repaired + Wi-Fi Test + Elevated Test - temperature test + Cosmetic Clean + Cosmetic Repair + IPQC (In Process Quality Control) + Kit + Pack Out/Pallet Build - palletizing for AT&T in kits + Ship + Ensure parts are scanned at every step of the process **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail + Comfortable being on their feet for the entirety of the day + Ability to work with others + Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas + Hand dexterity + Punctuality **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with assembly, packing, and retail + Skills in repair, refurbishing, quality inspection, and soldering + Familiarity with test equipment, RF scanners, computers, blueprints, and power tools + General labor experience **Why Work Here?** Join a growing team in a brand new facility with opportunities for career advancement into leadership roles. The site is conveniently located close to gas stations and restaurants, just off Randall Road. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
