Medical device - Catheter - assembly \nUsing small hand tools such as tweezers and razors\nAdheres to all Quality Policies and Systems of the Company\nMaintains accurate records, including Lot History Records (LHR), and adheres to all GMP/GDP policies\nMust be able to process small parts under a microscope\nAble to flex and rotate to other stations as necessary\nFollows and adheres to 5S principles and goals\n\nStations include: \nCatheter line: \nCutting and trimming of catheter\nMachine operation of balloon blowing machines for balloon in catheter. \nWorking with plastic tubing and guidewires/sheath to align and layer under the microscope. \nUV Curing and hot box. \n\nPackaging Line:\nWorking with ovens and fridge to make hydrogel\nPackage in plastic packaging and adding hydrogel into catheter.

Catheter medical device assembly or medical device packaging experience \nMicroscope working with small parts such as catheter tubes or stents\nExcellent written and verbal communication to complete the LHR or other documents. Also must be able to communicate to the FDA is they were to question them. \n\nMust be able to work in a Controlled Environment Room \nMust have good hand‐eye coordination\nMust have good verbal and written communication skills\nDemonstrates reading, writing, and math & inventory control skills (with respect to accuracy and counts).\nGMP, GDP and following MPI

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.50
