Job Description
The Assembler will move between different departments and perform general production functions, including assembly, machine operation, and quality control of small metal pieces used in medical surgeries. The role involves rotating tasks every two hours and requires attention to detail. The work is repetitive and involves handling small parts. The position includes both sitting and standing functions, with regular task switching to keep the work varied.

Work Environment
The facility has about 70 people and operates a 1st shift from Monday to Thursday (7:00 am - 4:30 pm) and Friday (7:00 am - 3:30 pm). It is a clean and organized facility with close quarters and visible standards and expectations. The workspace includes boards and computer screens displaying goals and actual outputs, fostering a team-oriented environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
