**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Pre-Assembly Tasks** Perform drilling and deburring parts to prepare them for assembly.
+ **Component Assembly** Assemble component parts, including installing ground studs, attaching nut plates, or bonding.
+ **Tool Proficiency** Use hand/pneumatic tools and measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
+ **Precision Work** Perform riveting and countersinking based on aerospace blueprints and schematics.
**Essential Skills**
+ **Aerospace Experience** Prior experience in aerospace assembly.
+ **Sheet Metal Skills** Experience with sheet metal, countersinking, and squeezing.
+ **Mechanical Inclination** A positive attitude and a strong mechanical knowledge.
+ **Tool Usage** Proficiency in using measuring tools like calipers, shim gauges, and height gauges.
+ **Communication** Ability to read and speak English, and effectively communicate.
+ **Blueprint Reading** Ability to read and understand work instructions and blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ **Proof of Citizenship** Physical proof of citizenship is required on the first day (passport, birth certificate, or permanent resident card).
**Work Environment**
+ **Clean Manufacturing Shop** Work in a clean, organized environment that deals with steel/sheet metal to manufacture parts.
+ **Dynamic Atmosphere** The environment can be heavy and loud, but it's structured and efficient.
+ **Start Times** Initial few days start at 7:00 AM, with regular start times communicated.
+ **Compliance** Dress code and compliance requirements include physical proof of citizenship on the first day.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00
