**Job Title: Assembly Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and a keen attention to detail. You will be responsible for assembling units based on work orders or instructions, ensuring all parts are properly fastened and prepared for shipment. This role offers opportunities to work with hand tools and participate in a clean and organized work environment. **Responsibilities** + Assemble units using work orders or instructions. + Pull parts from inventory to assemble part kits and prepare for shipment. + Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, and other fasteners. + Use hand tools such as drills and screwdrivers to assemble parts. + Maintain cleanliness of the work space. + Follow visual work orders displayed on computers and tablets at each station. **Essential Skills** + At least 6 months of manufacturing experience (assembly, machine operating, quality, etc.). + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read blueprints and schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must own or purchase steel-toe shoes prior to start date. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and inclusive culture, treating all employees and contractors with respect.
