Job Description

We are seeking a skilled assembler to produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies. You will prepare your work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, and gathering necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Your responsibilities will include positioning parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements, examining connections for correct fit, and fastening parts and subassemblies. You will resolve assembly problems, keep equipment operational, maintain a safe and clean working environment, and contribute to team efforts.

Work Environment

You will build custom packaging equipment for the food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and cleaning products industries. The work environment requires standing for long periods, working under machinery, and lifting up to 30lbs. Precision tools and the ability to read blueprints and detailed measurements are essential. The facility is state-of-the-art, providing a clean and safe workspace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mogadore, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00
