Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented assembler to join our team on the 2nd shift. This position involves working Monday to Friday from 3:20pm to 1:40am. You will be part of a team manufacturing filter systems for the Railroad and Dust Collection business units.
ResponsibilitiesSpin, apply adhesive and/or plastisol to products or components.Cut media, wrap, or other material as required.Perform spot welding and seaming on filters or components.Perform packing and inspection of products.Complete all quality data and product reports as needed.Meet daily performance requirements.Read, understand, and follow all manufacturing procedures.Work overtime hours as required by business needs.Stand and use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls.Push and pull objects and lift/move up to 30 lbs.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills3 years of manufacturing experience.Production assembly experience (preferred).Proficiency in using hand tools.Experience with pushing machines.Experience with sewing machines.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in assembly, general labor, packing, production line, warehouse, and material handling.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The production floor is structured into various cells based on our two main business units. The average employee tenure is about 15 years, with cells consisting of 3-6 production workers. Each cell has one material handler for packing and palletizing filters, while the rest of the team assembles the filters. The production floor is overseen by a production manager and an assistant production manager, who report to the plant manager. The dress code includes work pants, a t-shirt, and steel toe boots or sneakers. The company will provide additional personal protective equipment (PPE).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25
