**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and disassembly of endoscopes that require repair. Types of repairs include channel replacement, imaging wires, connector replacement, and c-cover replacement. The process involves disassembly, gathering components, internal replacement, wire stripping, soldering, assembly, inspection, and packaging. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and disassemble endoscopes in need of repair. + Perform various types of repairs including channel replacement, imaging wires, connector replacement, and c-cover replacement. + Follow the process for the repair line: disassembly, gathering components, internal replacement, wire stripping, soldering, assembly, inspection, and packaging. + Adhere to work instructions and utilize small hand tools. + Ensure high hand dexterity, sometimes using a microscope. + Use computers at all stations for instructions and documentation. **Essential Skills** + Experience in assembly, production, or mechanical tasks. + Comfortable following work instructions and utilizing small hand tools. + Strong hand dexterity. + Ability to use a microscope at certain stations. + Good computer skills. + High school education or equivalent. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Excellent communication skills. + Mechanical assembly experience. + Positive attitude and a willingness to learn. + Basic computer skills, as all instructions are provided on tablets at the station. + High school education can be waived with at least 6 months of relevant experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team in a company with a supportive and collaborative culture. The company has a workforce of around 500 people.
