Assembler

Adecco is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Product Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging products to meet quality and production standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Assemble products accurately and efficiently according to specifications and guidelines.
Inspect parts and finished products for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with standards.
Package assembled products for shipping or storage.
Operate basic tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Follow all safety protocols and workplace procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address issues or concerns.
**Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, or blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
**Benefits:**
Competitive hourly rate of $17/hour.
Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off.
**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
