Our client, an electrical distributor, is seeking an Assembler to join their team in Wayne, NJ. This role involves assembling small parts, sub-assemblies, and panels while maintaining high-quality standards and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble fixtures according to engineering drawings and PDF specifications.Identify and work with standard components used in assembly tasks.Inspect completed work to ensure it meets all provided instructions and quality standards.Transfer completed jobs to the next operation, such as wiring, shipping, or final inspection.Maintain a clean and safe work area and ensure proper care of company tools.Use measuring tools such as rulers, calipers, and tape measures to verify precision.Adhere to company quality standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and PDF files.Proficiency in using measuring tools (e.g., steel rulers, calipers, tape measures).Physical capability to frequently lift 25 pounds and occasionally team lift up to 40 pounds.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.Ability to work efficiently while maintaining an organized workspace.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.-assemblies and panels,
