Job Description
This position involves building and assembling copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products. You will work with hand and power tools, utilizing blueprints to assemble complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures. The role includes learning to braze copper piping and grinding finished products. Employees will stand throughout the shift, working both individually and as part of a team.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products.Utilize hand and power tools to complete assemblies.Follow blueprints to assemble complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures.Learn and perform brazing of copper piping.Grind finished products to meet quality standards.Work individually and as part of a team, standing throughout the shift.Essential SkillsExperience with hand and power tools.Ability to read and follow blueprints.Comfortable standing for the entire shift.Additional Skills & QualificationsNo previous manufacturing experience required, but a desire to enter the manufacturing field is essential.3+ months of assembly experience is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will work in a large manufacturing environment that is high-speed but not an assembly line. The environment is clean but can get hot in the summer as it is not temperature controlled. The position is in the HDLC Department, with 1st shift hours from 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Mandatory overtime may be required, with employees needing to start as early as 5:30am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota.
