**Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler** **Job Description** This position is responsible for the installation of grab rails, seats, panels, doors, speed loads, and sanding of floors. Additionally, you will assist with the installation of IV hangers, drawer catches, and support other departmental employees while adhering to the production schedule to maintain a high-quality product. **Responsibilities** + Install grab rails, seats, panels, doors, and speed loads. + Sand floors as required. + Assist with the installation of IV hangers and drawer catches. + Support other departmental employees to ensure a smooth production process. + Cut laminate according to work orders and blueprints for cabinets. + Measure and saw accurately for cabinet assembly. + Prepare boards for builders to assemble cabinets. + Adhere to production schedules while maintaining product quality. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of manufacturing experience. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints/diagrams. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical aptitude. + Experience with electrical assembly and welding (MIG). + Experience operating CNC machines. + Experience working on a production line. **Why Work Here?** As an employee-owned company, you will receive bonuses and shares based on the company's performance. The plant has a total of 185 employees, with only about 5 currently on the 3rd shift as it is new. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and a t-shirt, with all additional safety gear provided. The environment is clean and well-organized, with the plant layout allowing you to see the entire ambulance manufacturing process from start to finish. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
