**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing or production and possess mechanical aptitude. You will be responsible for various tasks, including assembly, machine operation, and the use of hand and power tools. **Responsibilities** + Assemble mechanical and electrical components + Operate machinery + Use hand and power tools + Pick and pack items for production + Perform quality checks + Clean and prepare metal parts for production **Essential Skills** + Previous production experience in manufacturing + Ability to be trained (verified by references) + Ability to stand for 8 hours a day + Ability to read a computer screen **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Quality or packing experience + Electronic assembly experience **Why Work Here?** Employees will transition to permanent status after three months, becoming eligible for two production bonuses every April and October. The environment is extremely clean, organized, and temperature-controlled. Employees work in small teams of 4-5 people within various cells on the production floor. **Job Type & Location** This is a position based out of Buffalo Grove, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
