**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler who is comfortable being on their feet all day and enjoys working with others. You will be cross-trained in various areas, following a 12-step process to ensure the quality and functionality of our products. **Responsibilities** + Documenting received items + Manually pressing the factory reset button + Conducting automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine necessary repairs + Performing Wi-Fi tests + Conducting elevated temperature tests + Performing cosmetic cleaning + Executing cosmetic repairs + In Process Quality Control (IPQC) + Kitting + Packing out and building pallets for shipment + Shipping + Scanning parts at every step of the process **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail + Comfortable standing for the entirety of the day + Ability to work well with others + Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas + Hand dexterity + Punctuality **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly, packing, retail, repair, and refurbishing + Skills in quality inspection, soldering, using test equipment, RF scanners, computers, reading blueprints, and using power tools + General labor experience **Why Work Here?** This position offers growth opportunities into leadership roles such as Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
