**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
Candidates will be responsible for the final assemblies. They will take all the pieces that were made by the welders and machinists and assemble them together using hand and power tools. Candidates will follow blueprints to make sure that they are building these correctly. Assemblies are all very large mechanical parts for car washes. These are large assemblies, the job is physical, and candidates need to be comfortable lifting 50 lbs. They have equipment to lift anything heavier than that.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform final assemblies of large mechanical parts for car washes.
+ Assemble components made by welders and machinists using hand and power tools.
+ Follow blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
+ Lift and handle parts weighing up to 50 lbs, with equipment available for heavier items.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1 Year of Large Mechanical Assembly Experience
+ Hand & Power Tool Experience
+ Blueprint Experience
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Any welding, fabrication, or machining experience would be a plus so that they can help in other areas if needed.

**Work Environment**
Very clean and organized manufacturing floor. There is a ton of space. It is quiet and well-lit. The team is about 15 people currently but looking to grow to about 25 people by the end of the year. The schedule is from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bolingbrook, Illinois.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
