**Mechanical Assembler - Weekly Pay!!** **Job Description** I am seeking mechanically inclined assemblers to join our team in manufacturing aluminum commercial storefront doors and framing. This role involves working with metal and aluminum beams, utilizing hand and power tools to insert and install hardware. Beams are cut to specifications, processed through a CNC area, and then assembled. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with machinery available to assist in moving products. Experience with glazing and glass installation is a plus and can qualify for higher compensation. **Responsibilities** + Cut aluminum beams to specifications in the cutting area. + Process beams through the CNC area to create holes. + Assemble beams by inserting and installing hardware using hand and power tools. + Utilize impact drivers, saws, and other tools for assembly tasks. + Lift and move products, with machinery assistance for heavier items. + Read and follow blueprints and schematics. + Ensure proper installation and assembly of aluminum structures. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Mechanical aptitude and experience with mechanical assembly. + Experience with metal cutting, welding, and grinding. + Knowledge of assembly line processes and general labor tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with glazing and glass installation. + Familiarity with fabrication and tape measure usage. + Basic carpentry skills and understanding of aluminum structures. + Coachable and willing to learn new skills, including welding. **Why Work Here?** Join a smaller team with the opportunity to be trained and developed into skilled roles.
