**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Solar Assembler to join our growing team! As a Solar Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and reworking components on solar panel systems using hand tools. No soldering experience is required. The role involves working with various hand tools to ensure the quality and precision of solar panel assembly. **Responsibilities:** + Assemble components on solar panel systems using hand tools. + Rework and adjust parts as needed to meet quality standards. + Perform assembly tasks such as tightening, screwing, and adjusting components. + Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet assembly specifications. + Prepare and clean assembly sites for installation of components. + Work effectively within a team to meet production goals. **Essential Skills:** + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to work with hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and other assembly equipment. + Ability to follow assembly instructions and technical specifications. + Basic mechanical aptitude. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus. + Experience working with solar panel systems or similar products is an advantage, but not required. **Why Work Here?** Join our expanding team during the exciting early stages of our new facility!
