Job Description

We are currently seeking an Assembler to join our team and help build custom commercial rooftop units using various hand and power tools. You will also assist with general shop duties such as sweeping, shrink wrapping, and cleanup. As you progress, there will be opportunities to expand into other areas.

ResponsibilitiesBuild custom commercial rooftop units using hand and power tools.Assist with general shop duties including sweeping, shrink wrapping, and cleanup.Support other assemblers to ensure continuous workflow.Follow blueprints and schematics for accurate assembly.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Essential Skills1-2 years of manufacturing experience.Experience with mechanical assembly and hand tools.Ability to read and follow blueprints.HVAC sheet metal experience is a plus.General labor and warehouse experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsA good attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to work well in a team and execute a crisp high-five.Motivated and looking to grow within the company.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our large warehouse has windows and high ceilings, with machines and assembly areas in a climate-controlled, brand new building. We have a small, close-knit team where everyone is treated like family. Enjoy fun holiday parties and employee appreciation events. Shift hours are 6am - 3pm Monday to Thursday, and 6am - 12pm on Friday, with a 30-minute lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks. The dress code is casual, but steel toe boots are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
