**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to install and mount non-electrical and electrical interior/exterior components and hardware. The role involves assembling fabricated parts, components, or other units at designated stations, reading blueprints and engineering specifications, and ensuring that safety requirements and manufacturing quality standards are met. The Assembler will also clean and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Install and mount non-electrical and electrical interior/exterior components and hardware. + Assemble fabricated parts, components, or other units at designated stations. + Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications. + Ensure safety requirements and manufacturing quality standards are met. + Clean and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and use a tape measure to precise measurements. + Ability to use common hand tools and power tools such as drills, screw guns, and caulk guns. + Ability to work in a team environment. + Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Preferred 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment. + Experience with blueprint reading, mechanical assembly, and electrical components. + Familiarity with construction and installation processes. + Knowledge of power tools and hand tools. + Experience with troubleshooting, schematics, hydraulics, and wiring. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits starting from day one. The facility has expanded multiple times, making it larger on the inside than it appears from the outside. Team sizes can vary from 6 to 15 people. Employees must be capable of frequent bending, stooping, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 40 lbs. without assistance. The work area is non-temperature-controlled, requiring the use of protective safety equipment as necessary. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Snyder, Nebraska. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $45760.00/yr.
