**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** Candidates will be performing the first assembly of high-end office furniture. Job duties include using various hand and power tools to build and assemble wood products. Candidates must be able to operate table saws, band saws, miter saws, hand and power tools, and read blueprints. **Responsibilities** + Perform the first assembly of high-end office furniture. + Use various hand and power tools to build and assemble wood products. + Operate table saws, band saws, miter saws, and other hand and power tools. + Read and interpret blueprints. + Conduct inspections and ensure quality control. + Assist with packaging, paint preparation, and industrial painting. **Essential Skills** + Carpentry + Cabinetry + Assembly + Blueprint reading + Packaging + Paint preparation + Custom cabinetry + Finish carpentry + Trim carpentry + Woodworking + Miter saw operation + Table saw operation + Hand and power tools operation + Bandsaw operation + Mill operation + Wood cutting + Inspection + Building + Painting + Spray gun usage + Industrial painting + General labor **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months of manufacturing, general labor, farming, or construction experience. + 6+ months of machine operation experience is preferred but not required. + Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints. **Why Work Here?** Family-operated company with numerous opportunities for growth. Dress Code: - Steel-toed boots required - Safety glasses provided - Hearing protection provided - Jeans or shorts allowed during summer **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stewartville, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
