**Job Title: 2nd Shift Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for the 2nd Shift Assembler position. This role involves the assembly of filter systems within a structured production environment. The shift times are Monday - Friday, 3:20pm – 1:40am, with an expectation to work 10-hour shifts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Spin, apply adhesive and/or plastisol to products or components.
+ Cut media, wrap, or other material as required.
+ Perform spot welding and seaming on filters or components.
+ Perform packing and inspection of products.
+ Complete all quality data and product reports as needed.
+ Meet daily performance requirements.
+ Read, understand, and have knowledge of all procedures relating to the manufacturing of products.
+ Work overtime hours as required by business needs.
+ Stand and use hands to finger or touch objects, tools, or controls, push and pull objects, and lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3 years of manufacturing experience.
+ Experience in production assembly (preferred).
+ Proficiency in the use of hand tools.
+ Experience with pushing machines.
+ Experience with sewing machines.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in assembler, assembly, packing, production, laborer, production line, warehouse, material handling, production manufacturing, assembly, and general labor.

**Work Environment**
The production floor is structured into various cells that are split according to the two main business units of filter systems we manufacture: Railroad Filter Systems and Dust Collection Filter Systems. The average employee tenure is about 15 years, with cells consisting of 3-6 production workers and one material handler for packing and palletizing filters. There is a production manager and an assistant production manager overseeing the production floor. The dress code includes work pants, a T-shirt, steel toe boots/sneakers, and additional PPE provided by the company.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.

**Workplace Type**
