**Job Title: 2nd Shift - Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as assemblers. The role involves the hand assembly of small piece parts on an automated assembly line, with the possibility of operating machines and packing. If you enjoy rotating stations and learning multiple departments, this is the job for you. **Responsibilities** + Follow SOP instructions to perform various job responsibilities. + Hand assembly of small piece parts on an automated assembly line. + Use fixtures and/or automated equipment for assembly. + Rotate stations to maintain engagement and efficiency. + Operate machines and pack products as needed. **Essential Skills** + Good hand/eye coordination for working with extremely small parts. + Ability to occasionally lift up to 30lbs. + Experience with hand tools, blueprints, packaging, power tools, mechanical assembly, machine operation, picking, and packing. + Familiarity with production line processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in assembly or general labor is beneficial but not required. + Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving very small parts. + Comfortable sitting for the majority of the workday. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a balanced work schedule with 4-10 hour shifts and three-day weekends. Pay starts at $18/hr, with a $1.50 shift premium. Overtime is minimal and usually occurs on Fridays. The shop is climate-controlled, providing a comfortable working environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a position based out of Janesville, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
