**Aerotek is Hiring Assemblers In Binghamton, NY** Job Description: Join our dynamic team as an Assembler, where you'll engage in both Caulking and Mechanical Assembly tasks. As a Caulking Assembler, you'll be responsible for the precise caulking of complex parts. As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll focus on assembling parts using various tools and techniques. Both roles require attention to detail, the ability to interpret diagrams, and strong problem-solving skills. **Responsibilities:** + Conduct and perfect manufacturing caulking techniques. + Build to productivity and quality goals. + Assemble components and finished goods to product specifications. + Interpret product diagrams/blueprints. + Diagnose and troubleshoot defects and errors. + Perform a variety of operations involving the manufacturing of simple-to-complex mechanical metal assemblies and sub-assemblies. + Use high-level mechanical aptitude and competency in assemblies. + Experience with riveting and glue assemblies. + Identify and solve problems related to broken mechanical products. **Essential Skills:** + Assembly + Mechanical fabrication + Blueprint interpretation + Mechanical assembly + Production **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED + 1-2 years' experience in a related field + Ability to read/learn blueprints and other product specification documents + Proficient in the use of hand/air tools and torque specs + Ability to use measuring instruments preferred **Why Work Here?** Join a rapidly growing company with endless room for advancement.
